I am having trouble with the combo box, Everytime I drag and drop it onto the grid, it ataches as unbound and does not give me the wizard to create sort or group by list. I thought combo boxes were bound objects? What am I doning wrong. I can't seem to create a combo box.

It sounds as if you've accidentally turned off the Wizards! Not an uncommon occurrence, by the way! Forget where the Wizard icon is located, in the toolbar at the top of Form Design View, but find it and click on it to re-activate all Wizards, including the Combobox Wizard, then try creating a Combobox again. The icon looks like a wizard's wand, with magic dust dropping from its tip!

Thanks Missinglinq.. that was it... Now I jut gotta learn how to build an order form, with a subform etc.. Been looking through youtube.. but none really explain how it really works.. Just not sure how to build a form..that will records orders and allow me to chose from a list of products, and allow more than one item on an order. and then finally how to total that order in the form.. and then create a report or printable version of that order...
