What exactly would you like help with?
You have a spreadsheet, not a Normalized structure.

I see PeriodOfDay, Animal, Farmer_Farm, Ltr_Fat_RS , Pay etc as possible Entities in a database.
I can't read your data and for some reason I can't magnify it???

I want to make milk data Entry form, that data should be saved & updated in the Corresponding table.

& I have to search data Name, date wise.

    Input data for entry--

UID(Name), Date Name, Milk Time, Milk Type, Weight, Fat, Rate, Price, Note, etc

Build your tables and relationships first. Set up some test data to make sure your database design supports what you are trying to do. Test your model with the sample test data. Reconcile every issue (data error/can't get data out the way you want etc), repeat the "testing the model " process until it works the way you want.
Then set up your input forms.

    Glad to help.
Too many people get too deeply involved (and frustrated) in Form syntax and the nitty gritty of Access commands/vba etc before they design their tables and relationships. And often tend to get so distracted/lose focus from what they are really trying to do. If the table design is NOT correct, you can create Forms (till the cows come home)[sorry for the pun..] and never get it to work as you want.

    Good luck with your project.
