Query to count multiple skills and numbers allocated to skill

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create a query to display a work site that has multiple skills and show allocated numbers next to those skills which are how many people actually take those skills.



At the moment I have created a query which looks alot like an overally huge tic-tac-toe grid and i'm not winning at all.

Any suggestions would be great appreciated.

Just to add abit of extra information there are in total 12 skills at the moment I have fte being summed and the rest with group by.

Do you have tables for the entities shown in Green?
My guess is you have some table design issues, but we haven't seen your tables.

Please post a jpg of your tables and relationships.

you need to research database design and normalization.
