    Combo Boxes and Hyperlinks

I recently developed a database that includes multiple tables, queries, and a form. Everything on the form works perfectly except for a combo box; the combo box pulls the desired info from the query but loses its ability to connect or associate with the hyperlinks contained within the table. I have that verified all hyperlinks are working/active and that the datatype is set to hyperlink. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Is your combo box bound to the table you are trying to save the data to?

I have confirmed that the combobox is connected to the correct query/table. The text/data is blue (appearing as though a hyperlink exists) but it does not display the link when hovering over the text and clicking on the text/data is not an option. Simply put, the hyperlink is not recognized from within the form.

I clearly do not understand. You have a combo box that is populated by a SQL statement that looks up information in a table. When you select an item from the combo box, you expect it to populate a field in a record in a different table. Is this a correct assumption of what you are trying to do?

Database is attached. From the Standards table and query, you will notice that the data contained therein is all hyperlinks to General Industry Safety and Health Standards. When I enter data via the form, I can select a standard from the drop down, but the hyperlink is gone/not functional. I am sure this is a simple fix, but I am a newbie without a clue. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

In your tabale Complaints in design view, change your format to Hyperlink. You currently have it set to text. I changed it and then made a selection and it populated in the table as a hyperlink.
