    MDB file mushroomed

I recently added 3 reports to an existing application mdb. The size of the mdb went from 8MB to 16MB! (compact & repair has been executed) Usually, that sort of thing happens when one starts loading up an mdb with jpg images or something like that. However, while the new reports each contain an image control, those controls are linked to an external image folder.

Any ideas as to what might cause this?

    Thanks,
    Bill Stanton

I found it! Cockpit error having missed one of the image controls was coded "Embebed" AND had the last image used embedded in the mdb. No No No!!!
