Preventing the wheel mouse from cycling through records?

Hi all,



Is there a way I can prevent the mouse wheel scroll function from cycling through records? I was able to prevent the tab from doing it but that only reference I see to the mouse wheel is under the "Event" tab in properties, but I am assuming that would require some code to make happen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
