Do all Cases have similar Events?
Do you have an authoritative list of Events?

Nope. It's fairly free-form. It's just a repository for general notes.

I suggest a list of Case Events so that you
can get some uniformity/consistency in the Event Names, and include a Notes/Comments area for related text free form.

The more order /discipline in the fields/structures the more you can do with queries etc.
With free form, you have to parse/scan/manipulate fields .

I think i finalized the relationships. The schema seems to be working okay. If there are any glaring errors, please give me a shout

Thanks for all the help along the way.

Can you make and paste a database in mdb format --- just your tables and relationships - no private/confidential data?

Does every Case have an Expert?

I don't mind doing that, but I'm working now with Access 2010, and it doesn't appear that I have the option of saving as .mdb? I'll attach the 2010 version just in case.

For our purposes - yes, every case involves an expert. We are the expert party.
