Form - CANNOT EDIT TEXTBOXES !!!

So I set some textboxes to lock a while ago. All was good but as I am upgrading my form, I want to be able to edit them

I set the forum property "allow edits" = YES & The text box property "Locked" = No

What else can be preventing me from changing/editing my text boxes.

Note, the crazy thing is, if I make a random Text box and set it to the above settings, I can edit it. Its only when i give it a control source that it wont let me edit.
Also i have a subforum and if i change that to allow edits, it lets me edit.

Help please! This is really frustrating.

My guess is that the form is bound to a read-only query. Another option is that the control source of the textbox is an expression.

The form is bound to a Table. where can i check if its read-only?
& its definently not an expression. I have some expressions in my subforum and I know that they cant be edited.
Also, the record source does have fields from two diffrent tables. Im not sure if thsi affects it at all.

The form can not be bound to a table and have fields from two different tables. I still suspect it's bound to a query that's read-only. Open the record source and see if you can change data there.
