Call Logging - Elapsed Measurement of time

    Hi,

I want to place 2 buttons on an existing form - lets call them (StartTime) (EndTime) purpose of which is to register the elapsed time in seconds spent on a customer inquiry.

I wish to activate this function with the start button and complete with end button however, If I return to this inquiry I want to be able to append to the existing figure if possible.

    Regards

Since elapsed time is a calculation, you shouldn't store the value - it can be calculated at any time.
The calc can be done in a query or in a control on a form/report.
