access 2007 database question

I want to write a macro in access. I have an Asset database on the form list called “Asset Details” there is an e-mail button on top of the form. I want to write a macro that when you press the email button it automatically when opening the email screen puts the email address from the "form page" "Asset Details" . After the email is open with the email address already in place I want to write a few macro messages that I can alternate with. Need some help with this.

So this is a double question
1 how to get the email address from the Asset Details' form to show up on the email once I push the button on top of the page?
2 How can I write a macro that will automaticly put a reaccuring memo in the email?

I winded up coping it fron a different database. Thank you all the same. If you can tell me in an telephone directory that I share at work, is there a way of including telephone numbers that are seen only on my front end and not seen by other users that are connected to the back end?

I have no idea. What telephone directory? What software? Is the frontend distributed to multiple users and regularly updated?
