Have a drop-down specify which fields appear

I am creating a data entry form for a database of specimens and actions. I would like the forms to adapt depending on which action is chosen. So there might be say three choices under the "Action" field: "Grind," "Rough Machine," and "Heat treat." How can I make the fields on the form adapt to which list item is chosen?

    Thanks in advance!

Need a little more info. What do you mean by "I would like the forms to adapt depending on which action is chosen"?
