There is no forum for charts ?
East West North South. I know I get this when access cant figure out what I want - aint that the truth, I bin figurin all day
I've had this type of chart working before
attached is the necessary bits from a DB


The idea is Id like the chart to show the results that the qryChartSource returns. It shows the results from the report Control 12 months prior to the EndDate But why wont my chart work. In preview it gives me a reason but I cannot figure it. The second chart is there just because I could (which is more than the first chart)

so after a glss (or two) of wine I sat down again and canned the date criteria in the qry and OK it converts the labels fine. It appears I need to figure out how to apply the date (prev 12Months) in some other way ??
Also I notice the chart builds it's own query and I am trying to fix it there (blindly)

OK ive updated the zip file with the chart working I just need to figure out how to get it to display previous 12 month records?
