    VBA Code Clean up?

Good afternoon. New to access and never used VBA code prior to this morning. I used the resources of this forum to get the proper code I needed to open and close forms at the click of a button and was able to get all the code into the db and working properly. Fast forward a few hours, with no changes made, and the click of a command button is now shutting down Access. At the advice of a co-worker, I grabbed an MZ-Tool for VBA code clean up, and my eyes glazed over. I'm not even sure if this is the issue, or the correct way to resolve.

Would someone be willing to review and offer some feedback? It'd be much appreciated. There is VBA code on all of the forms (6 in total).

I tested the buttons on switchboard. They all work properly. The only one that closed the db was the Exit button.

Is there just one button on some other form that caused the error?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
