Copy data into a blank field

    Hi All

I have an odd question, I have a drop down on one of my tables which I have nowdefaulted to one of the headings on the table which works like a dream.

But I have around 4000 which I need to add the default informationin, as before I made one of the drop downs default it would leave the fieldblank.
Any ideas how to change the blank fields to the default.

Please describe with some examples. I find your post unclear.

If you have lookups at the table level please see this link. http://access.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm
