Access Table Help

I am a directv warehouse manager. I have a table in access 2007 named warehouse recievers. It lists all the serial numbers and access card numbers for recievers in my warehouse. I have another table called randy recievers. Randy being a tech of mine. So If I scan with a bar code scanner a reciever onto randy reciever table how can get access to delete it from my warehouse table

I would hope you are using a form to scan into Randy's inventory. If so then the AfterUpdate event of the form is available for such a task. To me, it would make more sense that "Owner" is just a field in the Inventory table instead of a separate table. Just my $0.02.
