I cannot get started with the following problem.
I would like to make a distribution tool for our internal documents.
I was thinking to make a table with all the possible recipients.
In another table the title of the document and an unique number.
Now I want to have a form where the producer of the document can fill in the title and select to which persons the document has to be send.
When it is possible I would like to use a subform datasheet that refers to the recipients table instead of a select boxes.
In this way it is more easy to adjust the form when the table recipients is changed
