    event procedures dosnt copy with button


    hi
    i have a form with 8 command buttons that every button have a on click event procedure (vba).
    i want to copy command buttons to another forms ( about 80 forms!!) but when paste my buttons in other forms , event procedures not pasted.
    can anybody help me??

    80 forms, all with the same 8 buttons and on click procedures, seems a lot. Do you really have your interface designed or are you building on the fly?

    Have you considered building a "form with your buttons and code", then making copies of the form and saving with new names?

    i am working in an official and my administrator want to me to design about 80 paper form in access!!
    my 8 button are : next , back, delete ,first, last,..... that i first use default macros to design them. but my admin wants to me that every button have a customize error handling.
    so i change one form's buttons by my error handling and i want to copy this buttons to other forms.
    now .... can any body help me???


    if you have a better idea to design forms , I'm ready....

    I don't think anyone would advise you to start an application by designing 80 forms in Access. I certainly wont.
    Get your tables structured (normalized) and make sure you understand the concepts of relational database.

    If you are just going to move the paper system to Access, then someone has missed the point of why you would/should have a database management system.
