Is it possible to publish access to web without SharePoint?

There are other ways to design web pages to interact with Access tables. I did some experimentation with Cold Fusion, I think ASP.net is another way.

Thanks for the response. I already have the access and ready to be published but I do not have SharePoint, Instead of SharePoint, can I not publish Access to a web site I created under IIS in my computer?
