    long preformatted report

I have a report that is like a template in which the fields from access are placed. The report is predetermined and the only variance are the fields.
I would like to add another version of this report that is longer than the first report by about 2 pages but I can not seem to cut and paste the elements of the new report because there seems to be a page restriction as far as number of pages and page detail space.

Thanks I am using 2007 Access

There is a limit to the width and length of a Report PAGE but *not* the number of pages in a Report.

I can not seem to paste more than 2 pages in the dtails section of the report, what am I doing wrong? The page detail limits the area to 22 or 2 pages is there a setting I am missing?
    Thanks

I believe 22 inches is the limit to the length of a page. Have you considered using more than one report for this formatted report and running them sequentially?

If you mean running the Reports sequentially, that can be done from a form.

I have a button that when clicked prints the report. It is a button set up through a wizard that goes report operation, print report then the report is selected. The button say print and the name of the report.
    Thanks

Is the button using a Macro or code? If code then post the code here. If a Macro then convert it to code and then post it here. http://www.btabdevelopment.com/ts/de...aspx?PageId=91
