Record of staff transfers

Hi I can change a staff members allocated location many times as they move from site to site. I would like to create an "audit trail" report that lists every site they have been allocated to and the dates they moved. Two simple tables are involved , tbleStaff and tblSite and a form frmSitestaff details.
Is this enough info to get the conversation started?

Should be simple as long as the table contains a record of each movement (staff, site and date).
