If I had access to a large monitor I might try taking a pic with a DSLR, using a tripod, remote shutter release, slow shutter speed (to negate the raster scan of the monitor - if it has any) and a hi-res setting on the camera. Keeping the plane of the camera sensor parallel to the plane of the monitor would also be important. If a sharp high res image results, it could be printed by most commercial printers.
