Hi Quality Export of the Relationships Layout

For the past 20 plus years the company I work for has been almost completely managed in Microsoft Access. which is impressive considering we are fabrication company that did almost $17mil in revenue last year, what is really Impressive is that the entirety of the design, all of the programing, every form, report, query, and table was all done by one guy, a structural engineer who had no formal training in relational databases or IT.
Anyay he moved on from the company a few years ago. and we are getting ready to move into a real ERP. but I wanted to get a a Hi resolution image of the relationships layout (organized it a bit first) but then I want to get it framed for him. there's over 150 tables so its going to need to be pretty decent size 2'x4' at least (i would think) does anyone have any past experience or advice for doing this I am worried i am going to have to manually recreate the tables and relationship lines in a program like Visio is made for that type of thing.any advice or thoughts would be appreciated

Nice idea you'll need someone who has got a machine capable of printing A0 paper size to hi res.

Not sure how wide/deep the relationships window will go, but don't believe it is possible to take an image of the window that is 'off screen'. And unfortunately the relationships window does not have a print option

you could take several screenshots of different parts of the layout and 'stitch' them together again - perhaps a question for your printer

Or perhaps instead of one large framed picture, do a montage of 3 or 4 smaller pictures (A3/A4) - could still go into one frame - could be long or square depending how you lay out the relationships.

If you want a high res image, you might be better using adobe professional to create hi res pdf's - I produce a multi page (around 100 pages) catalogue for a client which requires 600dpi - and the page size is A4 landscape. Pretty sure with professional you can also set very large page sizes.

Either way, I would talk to your printer to determine their requirements to be able to print what you want

If I had access to a large monitor I might try taking a pic with a DSLR, using a tripod, remote shutter release, slow shutter speed (to negate the raster scan of the monitor - if it has any) and a hi-res setting on the camera. Keeping the plane of the camera sensor parallel to the plane of the monitor would also be important. If a sharp high res image results, it could be printed by most commercial printers.
