I can't see the part of my query that does the work.

I have a query named WatchAgain, that works, but that I would like to modify. I opened the query in form view, but the attachment shows that I only see the tables used in the query, not the part of the query that does the work. I can't modify it if I can't see it.

Queries do not have form view?
They have design and sql views.

That appears to be design view, so there should be the fields and criteria beneath that.
You might make made that top section so large, you cannot see the bottom section.
If you hover over the section divider, the cursor should change to two arrows, so drag the section divider up to show the bottom section.

Also possible the query window is taller than the access window so try dragging it up, reduce the height or maximise the query window

Maybe show a screen shot of the entire Access app window with that query open.

Drag top edge of query window down, then drag the entire query window up. Repeat until you can see the section divider.

Thank you all very much. I just pushed up the (previously not noticed) dividing line and now I see the rest of the query. I crated this database about 20 years ago, and since that time I've forgotten about 90% of what I knew about Access. Without your help I would have been lost. Thanks again.
