    Smile ACCESS to the Web

I need to put my Aplications (made with ACCESS) in the Web. Itīs imperative, and URGENT! I donīt know how to program with ASP.
I am told that my best way would be to migrate my applications to other database programs in order to acomplish my goal, because it would be impossible with ACCESS. I found that hard to beleive, and so I hope that someone will have a solution for me. Thank you

core Access is not web enabled.

the Microsoft route is via a sharepoint server; you would need to move up in Access version to at least 07 but better to go to the current 10. and you need to redesign forms to be web forms. definitely one needs a textbook - this isn't something done on the fly without education. Sharepoint itself is a large product - and one might prefer to use a hosting service rather that run it inhouse. AccessHosting.com is one potential approach.

there is a commercial service one can consider EQLdata.com that hosts Access applications....

otherwise you need to find a web developer, and use your existing Access app as the model for them to follow in their development.

    Hope this helps.
