Open Split Form On Specific Monitor

I have 2 monitors. Usually when I open a split form in Access by clicking a button on a regular form, it will open the split form on monitor 1. But on rare occasions it will open it on monitor 2. This doesn't happen very often but when it does it's pretty annoying and I can't get it to go back to opening the split form on monitor 1. This forces me to drag the whole split form window to monitor 1 from monitor 2. I have to keep doing this every time I open that split form until by some miracle it fixes itself.

Does anyone know how to be able to control which monitor the split form will open on?

    Thanks.

I don't have a dual monitor setup at hand, but maybe you can inspect your form's Left, Top, InsideWidth and InsideHeight properties to see what they look like when it's in monitor1 and when it's monitor2. Keep in mind I might be saying nonsense.

    Cheers

Thanks. I can check but I'm not sure that's it because I didn't touch any settings like that, that I know of. It just seems to randomly happen. OH! you made me think of something just now. I wonder if it's when I make changes in design view. I sometimes tend to make changes between 2 different Office versions. 2013 and 2019. Also it's with different computers so maybe the window settings get affected when I save changes to the form. I will have to mess around with that and see if it makes any difference. Thanks for your reply.

I assume the split form is a popup so that it appears independently from the Access application window.
If so, it will always open in the place it was last saved.
Open it in design view so it is where you want on your preferred monitor. Save and reopen normally. It should remain in that position.

Thanks for the reply. I will try that. When working on a form in design view I don't recall ever saving it on Monitor 2 but I could be wrong and also I think it may have to do when I change computers from home to work. The resolutions may be different and it may conflict with each other causing for this behavior. Again, thank you for the help on this. I will try it out.
