Cascading Combo Box Hyperlink

I have a form that has a cascading combo box. Make, Model & Trim. When I go to trim, sometimes the field will be a web address. How would I create a button next to this 3rd drop down item and if it's a link the button, if pressed will open the webpage?


Example
Make: Honda
Model: Accord
Trim: www.accord.com , there would be button next to this third box that will allow me to go to that website when I hit it.
Can this be done?
