I work in an MIS group and I have been tasked with creating an Access 2016 Work Order Application. Work order tickets will be submitted by approximately 250 users and all will be MIS related (i.e., install new printer, can’t access xyz software or webpage, new user setup, etc.). Approved tickets will be routed to one of several MIS employees (depending on the type of request) and work orders will be created. I am in the initial database design stage and would like to examine other similar work order systems for ideas. Can someone recommend a resource (website, YouTube video, etc.) that I can reference for WO application/system examples?
