Using Access on a Mac Computer

I need some advice on whether Access can reliably be used on Mac computers.

I have split my database and the tables are on SharePoint as lists. So, it would be Access menus, queries, etc. that would have to be downloaded to the Mac computer, for generating reports, filling in forms and editing data.

Are there limitations on size and age of the computer? Does this work well?

    Thanks for any help!

Access is Windows only. You can only use it on a Mac if you have a dual boot setup with a Windows partition

May not be an option for you but another way is to use terminal server which macs can access using Remote Desktop. A number of my clients use this with a variety of OS devices including windows, iOS and Linux. The point is using Remote Desktop means the user is running apps on the target server not their own device
