Everytime I start MS Access 10 using windows 10 my autoexec batch fails because I get a message: "Security Warning Some active content has been disabled. Click for more details." How do I shut this off?

Is your db in a trusted location (make sure that if the root folder is trusted then so are the sub folders)? If yes, then is this on a network where IT is blocking such scripts?

Honestly I'm not sure. I'll dbl check with IT tomorrow. Thought maybe it was a setting in MS Access but maybe not. Thanks. I'm migrating from a windows 7 machine and never had this issue come up so I'm a little confused about where the issue is. Hopefully IT can shed some light on it tomorrow.
AFAIK, Trusted Locations came in to force with Office 2007 and Windows 7 in 2009. If you've upgraded from Office 2007 also, that could be the issue as I suspect it is an Office thing, not a Windows thing. It would also be remarkable if you've just recently been upgraded from a 14 year old version of Office.

The only thing we've upgraded recently is to windows 10 Everything else we've been using for several years. That's why this error has been so hard to solve. This is a database that's been working perfectly for 3 or 4 years now it has issues the most concerning one is that if I open the database on the windows 10 machine. I get this error and then when I try to go back and open it in windows 7 everythings corrupted and I have to restore from backup. I'm only going to have the windows 7 machine for a limited time so I need to get this db working on windows 10 and at the moment I have no idea how to fix this.AFAIK, Trusted Locations came in to force with Office 2007 and Windows 7 in 2009. Is MS Access 10 actually 2003?
I run 2007 and that is 12?
I also run it on Windows 10 without any issues, after setting trust locations.?

AFAIK, you can have an old version of Access but if you've got, say Word 2016 you have a much later version of Office and I think Office is the kicker, not Access. Could be wrong though. Access never was part of Office until they started packaging it that way with 365 I think. Anyway, we await to know the effect of investigating trusted locations.
