    Syntax error

Have Access 2016. Error message Syntax error in string in query expression z123Zz456". How do I correct? Also need to add more information in drop down window. Is it possible to modify a older list or do I have to start a new list? Keep trying youtube but not finding what I want. Appreciate any suggestions.

Not enough information provided to give any help.
Are you creating a new query or is this occurring in a working database?
For a start, can you post a copy of the query SQL or an image of the query design grid here?

Also, you can add list row items to the list as you were asking. How depends on what the list is based on: value list or table or query field(s).

None of that looks like sql or query that was requested.
You need to open the form in design view, select the "drop down" you referred to and make sure the property sheet is visible. Then with the control selected, look on the Data tab of said property sheet and see what the combo/drop down row source is.
