Certain Forms and Reports wont save changes

I have a local db, local tables, so "Exclusive" opening isnt the issue. A few of my forms wont save changes no matter what i try.
I do not wish to rebuild the entire form.
I have also tried exporting them to another blank DB, and I get an error saying "name conflicts with existing module, project, or object library.


I have tried copy/pasting to current database as a copy, doesnt work.
Tried renaming the form, doesnt work.
its like its 100% locked from editing the design in any way shape or form..... Ideas?

Found something myself just now. HAS MODULE=YES, no saving design changes.
I cannot find any modules associated with these particular reports or forms.
How can I pull that out? without breaking something?
I did NOT design this one, so a little nervous here.

Perhaps if you attach the file, with a minimum of data and replacing any sensitive ones, it would be easier to help you.
