Formula to Add Years to Date with IF function

I need some help with a creating a formula to add specific amount of years to a specific date when another field is a certain criteria. I have a "Completed Date" field that I want to add 6 years to when the "Type" Field has an answer of New. This will be in a new field titled "Restart Date".

I am able to do this in excel but cannot figure this out for a new access database I am creating.
