    Access Customer Service Database issue

    Hello!

I am fairly new to access and I downloaded the Customer Service Database and attempted to edit it with what was applicable to my situation. I need to create a Case management database and instead "Customers" in the template database the term would be "Employee" and instead of "Employee" the term would be "Owner".

So I did a couple of switched but somehow the forms are all coming up as #Name?

What else do i have to change to correct this?

My database will track employee calls and cases and they will be assigned to Owner (Case owners).

I tried uploading it but it is over limit:

    Please, please, please help!

    Thanks!

Did you run Compact & Repair then try to zip file with Windows Compression? 2MB Zip file allowed.

When you change field names, means changing field name referenced in queries, forms, reports, code, expressions. Name change will carry through in queries that directly pull the field but nowhere else - such as VBA, calculated fields, ControlSource property.

There are 3rd-party tools that can help with search and replace. I used Rick Fisher's Find & Replace but it may no longer be available. Another is V-Tools. http://www.skrol29.com/us/vtools.php
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Here's the original DB with the object names and references changed to your specs.
