Importing from Superbase

Hi. Just as the title says, I want to import data from a Superbase document, which I know little about, to an Access document, which has already been made. The Superbase has far too much data to be copied over manually (really, it could, but it could take months of doing an hour or two a day, which I'm too lazy for) and it can open as a table, if this helps.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

An update query is a query that can insert records into a table. It is the easiest way to copy the records from the Superbase linked table to your Access table

Great, I'll try that, thank you! If it can get all the information over in one go, I'm really grateful! That would be a huge headache to transfer.
