    Macro and Microsoft Access

    Hi All,

I am using a program that uses Microsoft Access databases. As I don't have Microsoft Access I'm using Access runtime and the program is working.

Within the program, you can change a parameter, run the software and get the results.

What I am wondering is, is it possible to create a macro within Access run time that will change the parameter by an increment, run the program, save it under a new name and then repeat?

To make any design changes you'd need 2 things

    1. A version of MS access
    2. A database that wasn't self executing (the extension on the database may not be .accde)

So the short answer is no, you can't, because what you're proposing is a design change.
