    Autopopulate Fields

Hi all. I used to use Access on a daily basis in great depth, but that was 20 yrs ago. I've been trying to trigger my memory by watching videos on Lynda, but I still can't find what I need.

I'm creating basically a shipping form. I have a product table that when the product description is selected in the form, I would like for the corresponding fields (item #, inventory control # & price) to automatically populate. I know there's a way to do this - I just can't access the deep dark void of my brain where it must be hiding. Thank you for any help!
