Creating a Lookup Table or something similiar with Pics

I would like to have something similiar to a lookup table with 6 pictures to choose from. Is there anyway I can easily do this? Maybe some VBA code.

When you use the lookup wizard in a table you can only pull in data or a table created from an excel file with text. I would like to have a selection of pictures from which someone is able to choose from to be placed in their table.

People usually not put image data in database, but save image in disk file and save the path/location in database.

I know, but the problem with this is I'd like to share this to a teamcenter database and make it easy for others without a lot of mircosoft access to retrieve.

I don't have much experience dealing with image.
