Multicriteria search

hello the forum I'm asking for your help.
I would like to perform a multicriteria search to display the results in each field and be able to modify them directly from the form.
I ask your help for the code to use.

- The 3 criteria to be gathered are indicated in the boxes "" criter1 "", "" criter2 "" and "criter3".
- The boxes to fill in are '' box1 '', '' box5 '' and '' box6 ''
- the name of the table is '' source ''
- the fields of the table in the order: '' id # '', '' criter1 '', '' critere2 '', '' criter3 '', '' box1 '', '' box5 '' and '' 'box6' '.

For example
If a chose ''A'' as criter1, ''A'' as criter2 and ''B'' as criter 3 i woul like to have in the box 1 the result of the field responding to the 3 criterias.

Thanks for the link, the result on this example is a row but i would like to have the result in a box
