Access form - same form or create new ones

    Hello,

Let’s say you create four forms in Access and each does its own things,

    1- shows price,
    2- shows name,
    3- shows competitor,
    4- shows location.

All of these forms shows store A’s information.

But now you want to show store B’s same information.

Do you create another new four form or would you use the same form to show it. Which is more efficient or more effective ?

    Please advise.

Use same form and apply filter criteria. Think - if you had 100 stores would you want 100 forms?

Why would you need 4 forms to show the info about 1 entity?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Four form for one entity because so we can navigate through the form with buttons, click a button about price and it opens a form and shows monthly, yearly, weekly prices, or price by groups of distributors, or customers etc.

When too much info is added to the separate forms, trouble shooting is more difficult I think. But I like your advise, going to try it, thanks for it.
