MS Word Form

I've been getting pretty decent at using my copy of 2010 Office. Starting to make forms using tables and such. But I still feel they lack some professionalism. I'd like to add some color to them. But not sure how to go about it. I mean I know how to add color to individual cells and change the font color. But I was more interested in doing something like the below link shows.

How do you get the blue around certain parts of the form and not others??? Not exactly sure how to go about it. Please help!

Each Section of a form has its own BackGround. Is that what you are talking about?

ya that may be what i mean. i don't know how to work with those individually those tho

Just select the bar for the section you are interested in and then look on the Format tab of the property sheet for Back Color.
