Access does not display all data

    Hello friends.
I work in a very large manpower company with data of hundreds of thousands of employees.
When I filter people by a very general parameter, such as a first name, it turns out that Access does not display all the data. For example, if there are 50,000 people named John, it will show me only 5,000 (the numbers are just for illustration)
Of course, when you add more parameters, the search becomes accurate.
I wanted to ask how you can solve this problem, and how you can see all the data exist.

    Does anyone know this problem?
    Thank you!

How do you know that not all records are being returned?
You could do a Count(*) with your criteria to determine how many records qualify with your criteria. Then, do a Top X to show all records, but I'm not sure it's necessary.
Not sure I have ever encountered your "issue".

I know that not all parameters were returned because a second search, more defined, showed results that did not appear in the first results.
The problem exists for sure. Can you explain to me what can be done with simpler words? :-) I'm not an Access Specialist

If you open the table, what is the number in lower left of display?

Maybe this is limiting the rows returned...
