Approach to build to times one-to-many relationships

Hi,

i created relationships like here:

I have server and machine: bare metal or virtual machine (depends on how we want to consume server).
And machine has also operating systems assigned for bare metal or virtual machine - we can choose what we want.

In technically way, this will be a good approach?
