Moving data between tables

Hi,
I have two tables. In first table called Seznam is list of Names. In the form, based on query, there are these names and and check box with button. When i press the button it will move entry to another table called Seznam HS. I did it, but with Add and Delete query and it asks me lots of questions and it doesn't work imediately. In active form it doesn't move any entry but when I list forward and then backward it works. Could you help me with code without using Add and Delete queries? Thanks.
