Question Pokemon Go Database - Connecting names to numbers

Hello all! I hope I am posting this in the right place. I am an avid Pokemon Go player and I have decided to attempt to create a database to keep track of all my pokemon and their stats. I have some limited access experience but it has been a few years and I am quite rusty. The foundation of my database is mostly compete however there is one function I would like to include to save me time in the future. Each name can be associated with a number. I would like to have this number auto-fill when I select the name from my combo box. I already have a table set up with the number in field 1 and the name in field 2. Any advice on how to accomplish my goal would be much appreciated.
