Open Access Forms Independent of backdrop

So I think my title is worded kind of weird so I'll try to explain. I have a database and it is important that users aren't able to go behind the forms and get to file and open it up so they can mess with stuff. I am able to do this no problem with pop ups and modal forms etc. The issue I have is we have people using multiple monitors and they want to move the forms around or minimize on occasion but if I allow that the back MS Access Application window is still there maximized and in the way.

Is there a way in access to open a file (in my case right to a login window), and not have the normal MS Access window be open? Or hid it atleast? And if so is there a clean way to get it back when I need to?

Also just a shout out to everyone on this site as it has been a huge help in this huge project I am working on, everyone really knows their stuff and the quick replies have been amazing. Thanks again!

Yes you can hide the application window, ribbon, navigation pane and even the taskbar if you want.
    see this example database https://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=69856
