How to count data entries based on a criteria on a single query

    Good Day,

I am new to access. I am doing an instrumentation database and I did a query to get all the Process Control Points(PCS). I want to have a count for each IO type (DI,DO,AI,AO) for the PCS points. I want to know if I can get this done on this single query which will display the results at the bottom of the query, without having to create other queries.

Attached is a snapshot of my query.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You can't display summary results at the bottom of a query. You can do this in a Form or Report that uses the query as the Record Source. If you use a Report you can also use Sorting/Grouping to further refine your results.
