Newbee to access ... Please help.

i am just learning access for last one week.... and i am running out of time.

I have list of students and projects they are working on. a single project may have multiple students assigned.
I want all students to put hours on different project on weekly basis.
I want to pass on access form / executable to the students so that when they open the file, they will only see the projects they are involved / named, it will connect to central database and students will be able to update hours worked for previous week next to project list or they can change the week they want to update. The central database will store all records for all students and all weeks.. So @ the end of the year I can see total time spent on a particular project or based on students.

    Running out of time!!! ??

    Business rules for table design:
    There are students and projects
a single project may have multiple students assigned
Each student records hours worked on different project on weekly basis.
    -identify project attributes
    -identify student attributes
    - analyze need for time sheet entity

Consider 3 tables: Student, Project, StudentWorksOnProject

Interface design:A form where a student will only see the projects they are involved / named.
it will connect to central database and students will be able to update hours worked for previous week next to project list or they can change the week they want to update. The central database will store all records for all projects and students and all hours worked by weeks.. So @ the end of the year I can see total time spent on a particular project or based on students.

    Good luck.
