Tile Tables, Queries etc

We've been moved over to MS 365 and I'm forced to learn Access 2016 and ribbon etc



I was used to tiling using Windows / Tile but can't find tiling tool anywhere. I can tile using the 'Tell me what you want to do' box but this is clumsy.

Please can someone tell me where to find the equivalent of the old tile vertically/ horizontally options

IF you do not have settings to use 'tabbed' document , but DO have 'overlapping',
(in File, Options of access setup)
then on the menu, Home tab, Switch Windows button, Tile.

They've just rearranged all the shelves in my local smarket as well which doesn't help
