Quantity available

Hello Everyone

I made a Query Update for Quantity available , but sometimes I have a problems with it
because When we want to make a change for quantity it will be less again When We Sale or will add again when We Purchase

for example : I will Purchase (iphone 6 = 3 Qy , and Samsung Galaxy s4 = 4 qy) , in real I purchased 4 ihpne 6 not 3 , I want to change it in Purchase Invoice , When I change it with Query Update , it will shows me 7 iphones in quantity available , this is a big proglem

it must be the same that quantity at Store it means give me : 4 iphones

depends on how you do your Inventory Qty.
it should NOT be a field , instead it should be a function to do a live calculation on the inventory.
so I cant guess.
