Transfer objects from one .accdb file to another

    Hi all,

Can you advise me on this issue?

On a daily basis, it performs analyzes of data in Acces Databases, using tools created with VBA - using many additional objects (forms, modules, queries, additional temporary tables etc..).
Every time I get a new database, I have to copy first all objects manually - after copying the objects, I run the VBA modules and generate various reports etc..

I need to automate the process of moving all defined objects from one .accdb file to another, how to do it the easiest way?

An example set of objects to transfer:
    - 20 x query,
    - 5 x temporary tables
    - 3 forms
    - 3 raports
    - 2 modules

I will be grateful for your response
    Best Regards.
    K.

thats not how you do it.
you should only copy the data. Why are you getting 'new' databases?
Why isnt everyone using the SAME database?

theres no need to copy all objects to a new db.

Also confused. If database is split why would you have to copy objects? Set links to the data.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

It is not so simple.. that databases has different structures, external data, many others objects etc..

I can store my "analysies tools" (vba modules and all other obejcts in) in one Acces file, and only try to link data to this DB, but this is much more complicated than copy all objects to main database.
Therefore i wanted to create a tool that will move all defined objects from one .accdb file to another.

you can use: TRANFERDATABASE in the macro.
    and setup all the objects.
Sounds like a terrible method to get data.
