Printing out a very large Excel spreadhseet

I know this is an MS Access forum, but I do have an Excel spreadsheet printout question if you will just indulge me.

I want to print out as very large Excel spreadsheet. I cannot fit it all onto one page. That is absurd. It would look too crowded. I cannot print it out and just let it select the total number of pages to print that is also absurd.

What is would like to do to find a way (which I believe exists) and change the look of print out preview pages until I get the look and number of pages that I want. As I said the two extremes are not
    practical.

I thought that there was a way to do this. Separation lines would appear on the Excel spreadsheet showing the defined area of each page if it were to be printed out. Thus one could play with this until he got the right look or the look that he was after.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

Select the View on the ribbon, then select Page Break Preview. You can then move the page breaks as you need to.If you increase the amount of information you want to see on a page, Excel will adjust the print size accordingly, so don't increase by too much.

Yes, that worked. Thank you so much.
